great, so something like this maybe?

week 1:
reg squat - 90% from my estimated 5x1 max @ squat

week 2:
reg squat - 96% from my estimated 5x1 max @ squat

week 3:
reg squat - 102% from my estimated 5x1 max @ squat



what do you think about the scheme? (sentinel don't get angry about the percentages)
