everything felt pretty good. bench was fairly solid...i was happy to hit the 170 mark...buddy gave me his powerblock dumbbells...man those come in handy for tricep extensions....if i use my own dumbbells...i'm always hitting myself with one of the plates...nothing with the powerblocks...good stuff. i'm very ready for wednesdays workout. tomorrow can't go fast enough.
