Not sure about the BCAAs...mine are in the mail right now. Do they not mix well? I'll sip on mine throughout the day...when I get them.
Citrulline Malate - 4gr
Creatine Ethyl Ester - 3-5gr
Dextrose - 20gr ... But I mix it with 20gr of maltodextrin, so I'm not sure if you should increase the amount to 40gr or so. I think it should stay around 20gr.
