Hello, I pretty much just joined this site, and wanted to know whats the best creatine to use. I've heard all different things. I just wanted to know what someone here had to say about it. I have used creatines and proteins before and they worked to a degree, but that was some time ago. I know some things have changed and there are new and improved things. Just wanted to know what people here think is the best.
