Thanks for the feedback.
Fish oil is very expensive, and i can barely afford the fundamentals. and even when i do have the extra money, i get the supplements i need most (whey, creatine, tribulus, zma).
Olive oil, i guess i could replace the oil i use now(sunflower oil) to cook my meat with?
I eat some peanutbutter in the morning (contains nuts & nutoil right?)
What do you think?
