Light Day

Easy day today, still sore, squats were feeling ok, nice and light tho.I did press for reps again, ewww the pain! and also some speed/form work on deadlifts.All up easy day and I felt great afterwards.

Light Day
Squat 3x3 70kg
Press 2x8, 1x7, 1x3 37.5kg
DE Deadlift 10x1 80kg
