so, to recap: next week: 245x3x4, 195x10-12?
guidelines:
1.) dont add a lot of weight to just one of those mini-sessions. distribute the progression somewhat equally.
2.) after i hit triples i must go back to doing doubles and add 5-10 lbs to the bar.
have i got it down right?
