One of my friends only does dumbbell presses.

He is a nut though. He has been stuck at the 125's for DB bench for a few months because the next jump up is the 150's. And he only weighs about 165lbs. I think it's kind funny...he should just do BB bench. Unlike the OP, he actually has the option to.
