I agree 100% with DH . I'm taking in 2800 cals on training days ( sometimes a bit more ) and I'm finding that alot of whole food. I am starting to take in more protein powder to help with the extra cost. I'm spending most of my $$ on fruits and vegtables and their is alot of them in my diet , shit I spend more on those then chicken now.
