Yup, probably been sabotaging myself these last few YEARS! :(

I got into this from a diet perspective..

Following the 40-30-30 diet doctrine of only eating so many calories a day, and having each meal balanced to avoid insulin spikes..

And working out to stimulate metabolism and gain lean muscle mass..

Anyhoo, will definitely be doing more reading, and will see about fitness/nutrition consultation..
