Front squats - 135X3, 135X5, 155X3, 185X3, 185X3, 205X2, 225X2, 225X3, 225X2
Pushed sled w/ 200lbs on it
On my last set of front squats, my hamstring cramped. I was still happy with my workout. I wanted to do 225 for a triple. And I did.
