Smile 4-Day Split

I designed the following 4-day split:
Reps are as followed: Warm-up Set - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 (so 5 sets in total, 4 working) I chose this rep set-up because I want mass + strength.

Monday
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Abs
Abs


Tuesday
Pullups
Pulldowns
Seated Row
Military Press
Bentover DB Raises
Upright Rows


Thursday
Stiff-Leg Deadlifts
Leg Curls
Calves
Abs
Abs


Friday
Flat Dumbbell Press
Dips
Cable Crossovers
Chinups
Dumbbell Pullover
Tricep Cable Pushdown
