If you have a weighted vest and kettlebells you have enough to think of something that is "martial arts" related to workouts.
Anything involving jumping, lunges, sprawling and kicking and you will be cooked, and that's just lower body. Add some KB Bear crawls, Cleans or Snatches with a punch unload and core work and you are done, granted this is a very broad list, and either do them in a circuit, timed or not... Some of this I have in my journal. Your imagination is the limit, just think about the smaller goals at hand, i.e., what you want to work on like explosive movements, shoulder endurance, core strength, ect. and make workouts for the week.... oh and get a jump rope.
