I'll explain a bit in case anyone else reads this thread. Fructose replenishes liver glycogen and then gets stored as fat. Glucose replenishes muscle glycogen before being stored and is more easily used for energy. Sucrose is a combination of fructose and glucose, so it has both properties. Unless your liver glycogen is severely depleted
