Good stuff, dude. I think my training has recently been somewhat on a better level because of my diet changes. And the best thing about Leigh's book is that it's not about a crash diet or a quick fix. It's about adhering to certain eating principles which are an art of life in a way - I can still go out, party, etc but if I am conscious of what I eat, I am able to lose weight. I am the last person on this planet who can adhere to any diet. Yet, just by adopting her principles I was able to lose 8 lbs in month 1. I bet you could lose more because you seem a LOT more focussed than I am on eating. I hope the diet does you some good, sir
