workouts have been great and diet have been spot on, taking 6 caps a day now. current stats are:
weight - 173 (-5lbs)
bf% - 11.01% (-2.79%)
LBM - 154lbs (+2lbs)
so with diet, training, and FREETEST i have been able to add some muscle and drop significant bodyfat. have about a week left
