I would not rulle tuna out completly since it's such a great food. High protien and low fat. Just try to keep eating some of it. At some point your body may develop a taste for it.
I hated brussel sprouts when I was younger now I love it.

Would there be significant benefits from eating Salmon? Usually 3 times a week I eat a can/packet of tuna.
