Wait until the end of the 90 days. If you are following the plan to the letter you'll be happy. I tried P90X about a year and a half, or so, after my last shoulder surgery and it worked great. You'll see alot of negative opionions on here about it. And there are better workouts. But stick with it. Do the lower number of reps to build bulk as outlined in ever video by Tony and you'll be fine. By the end of the 90 days, and provided you are following the diet plan as well as the workouts you should be very happy with your results. Don't rush it. Remember, it took years to get over 20% bodyfat, taking the bodyfat off doesn't happen overnight.

If the fat loss isn't going fast enough for you there is also a routine in the book that outlines doing cardio in the mornings but I didn't do it that way and didn't need to. Eat right, keep pushing play and you'll be happy after the 90 days is up.
