Maximize Fat Loss and Gain Muscle
So, I am trying to lose more fat, and gain as much muscle as possible. With a diet, P90X, cardio, and serious working out, I lost 8lbs from Oct, and went from 28% Body Fat to about 22-23%. Is there anyway to speed up the fat loss, while maintaining/gaining more muscle mass?

No, it is hard enough to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. If you are managing to do it, be happy!

Okay! Would it be easier/quicker to focus on the fat loss and build muscle afterwards? I haven't been taking any supplements, besides a normal multivitamin.

Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time are possible if you are a beginner, which apparently you are. It seems you are on the right track, but at some point you'll have to decide which specific goal you want to work for--either building mass or losing fat.
Don't worry too much about supplements. Most of them are worthless.

If you are still cutting and gaining muscle at the same time, try and ride it out for as long as you can. You won't get this opportunity again lol you have to take advantage of being a newbie. But, yeah I would cut then bulk.

Well, right now it's a pretty steady balance. I'll lose a bit of fat, and then it will be replaced by muscle, then a bit of fat, etc. It's been pretty sporadic though, for instance, I run 5-10 miles a week, my legs have gone from flabby/fatty to almost all muscle.

I mean where the fat is lost and muscle gained is sporadic.

Wait until the end of the 90 days. If you are following the plan to the letter you'll be happy. I tried P90X about a year and a half, or so, after my last shoulder surgery and it worked great. You'll see alot of negative opionions on here about it. And there are better workouts. But stick with it. Do the lower number of reps to build bulk as outlined in ever video by Tony and you'll be fine. By the end of the 90 days, and provided you are following the diet plan as well as the workouts you should be very happy with your results. Don't rush it. Remember, it took years to get over 20% bodyfat, taking the bodyfat off doesn't happen overnight.
If the fat loss isn't going fast enough for you there is also a routine in the book that outlines doing cardio in the mornings but I didn't do it that way and didn't need to. Eat right, keep pushing play and you'll be happy after the 90 days is up.
