For breakfast, I have something different every day. Never the same thing on back to back days. I'll eat a Bagel(plain), English Muffins(plain), Eggs(2), ZoneBar(peanutbutter)/Banana, and Chocolate Pop tarts(I know not good for you, but they do have carbs and I don't have them many times a week. They are very tasty
