Cardio and diet!!!! Even just diet while on a cycle can make a huge difference. I know they say test doesnt burn a lot of fat in and of itself but ive always found i lean out while on a cycle if my diet is clean. My body seems to use fat to build muscle. That may not be the norm but it works for me.Be nice if there was one formula that worked for everyone but its seldom that way. Diet and cardio however is pretty much a sure fire bet!
