first timer interested in steroids any advice on a starter steroid?
squating 180kg and weigh bwt 96. jst dont want to waste money on supplements that cannot promise results. was just looking for advice havnt seriously considered options yet. want to drop body fat but continue to increase strength might be a better way to put it. any
advice on supplements then? just havin protein shakes at the minute.
diet varies. is mainly a high protein diet. consisting of 6 meals with serving of meat usually chicken, steak or fish. carbs normally just before and after workouts. and 3 protein shakes daily.
