Just wondering can you take gh frag and hgh at the same time?.....or is that too much?

no i have plenty of reds....i just have two bottles of frag just sitting there and its annoying me lol....i wanna use it up....what would be a correct dosage im only taking 2 iu of reds 5 days a week and saturday and sunday off...suggestions
