I would say stick with what your doing, the only thing that may be good to increase is the fish oil. I dont know what kind of diet your running, but I like to keep my fish oil around 6g a day normally. Right now I'm more around 10-12 because I'm running a modified CKD.
I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.
