milk thistle, fish oil, hawthorne berry are a good start. I would run those a week prior, and all the way through your pct.

as for pct, I've heard havoc is a very forgiving compound, and has only mild testicular shut down associated with it. That being the case, you may be able to get away with a steroidal AI such as ATD for your pct. However, I strongly suggest you pick up some nolva or clomid to make it a true pct, better safe then sorry.

I know this isnt the norm, but I also like to run activate extreme durring my pct to boost free test levels, and I usually find a cheap trib product as well like alpha male, or fuze.
