Default help selecting supplments

Hey i have been working out awhile and have hit and gone through a couple platues but i cant break this one been doing alot of research on supps and diff things i can do but i dont want creatine simply bc it is a waste so i found this one product Methyl 1-D wondering if it is any good if no one knows i may just try it out anyways ... but also would like advise on any supplments they know work... dont have money for 1 month cycles of like 150 or w/e so i have seen one cycle for 3 called almost juicing but dont think ima do that would like advise thank you

i have no idea what you're talking about with this "almost juicing" or whatever, and not sure if you should have bought SD, how about we start with some items: please list:

Age:
Height/Weight/BF%:
Past Supp. Experience:
Training Experience(years):
Short Term Goal:
Long Term Goal:
Current Training Split:

Methyl 1-d is junk. Get some superdrol. Creatine is not junk. Get some CEE.
You could be in the very rare catagorie of a non responder to creatine but CEE should do it for you.

Height/Weight/BF%:300/6.4/i dont know tooo high
Past Supp. Experience:creatine whey protiens and energy stuff
Training Experience(years):3
Short Term Goal:get maxes up at least 60 on bench and other powercling by end of summer/faster
Long Term Goal:gain 120 on bench and power clling and other maxes by xmas
Current Training Split:work out 5 days a week 3 hours a day and going to start working out 5 next week... (supplement superdrol just got in)

At 18 your not stuck. Your diet just sucks. Why don't you post your diet and I'll take a look at it for you to see what we can do.

Well.. it has changed lately a couple of times... before i was eating 2 times a day and usually what i could find.. well a few months ago i changed agian.. protiens all the time... but still only ate 2 times a day.. well both of those sucked i never did anything but gain weight.

Right now i am eating 4-5 times a day. I eat mostly protien but ill tell you what i eat most of this is the most protien i can get at the time...
630am-whey protien shake in milk along with a breakfeast supplement(cant eat that early)
900- when hungry ill eat a peanut butter or put it on one slice of bread
1200-i eat a pb&j milk and usually like a small bag of sunchips
530-peanut butter(somemore) or ill eat like a salad or something depending
730-830 dinner ill have alot of meat usually no carbs or very few(eggs, meat) and always ill have milk with that.. Prob i have 3-4 12oz glasses of milk a day.

I also work out 2-3 times a day
700- weight lifting 2 hours
330- weight lifting 2 hours
730- push ups sit ups things i can do at home with/out weights
sorry it took so long been bizzy working out lol ... thank you for your time...

Please read my how to bulk thread to help straighten out your diet and 0311 has all the workout info posted here you could possibly imagine.

You diet is poor and you are way overtraining not to mention the fact it's just plain wrong.

I would suggest you not to any type of steroid/prohormone at your age and get the workouts and diet in order first.

Protein and creatine and BCAA's would be about all I would recommend in the sup department.

ok thank you for all your help but im still not done ive keep doing research the whole time tweaking now ima do a full make over... ok i dont need to gain any weight sitting at 300+ 6'3.5" really way to much im loosing weight as it is if u can believe that... but i want to gain strenth and increase maxes and loose weight should i maybe just go off the sample diet on your bulking i will problely finish the super drol simply bc i like how it makes me feel(tons of energy and other good effects 30mg a day) but back to the point i dont want to gain wieght is there a good idk way to cut and increase my maxes or are those to conterproductive because i want to get maxes up first if i have to choose<but my coach will kill me if i gain fatty weight so> btw when i say weight im not talking muscle weight dont care about that. thank you for all your all time
