^^ hahah yeah, they will put just about anything in supps these days. The thing with GH is, just about everything out there is suppose to "help release gh". Arginine, Glutamine, I've even seen people saying BCAA's are responsible for GH release.

My understanding is that GH is released in pulses, so it would only need to work for a short period (increasing the length, or intensity of the pulse). But Like I said, when your young, your pulses are going to be optimised anyway. I could be wrong, but thats how I've understood it.
