You are right about my trainer i quit qorking with him today.
here is my specs

Weight : 84.6 kg
Height :185 centimeter
Body fat:%16.1
My arms :41,5 centimeter
My chest : 112 centimeter
My waist : 78 centimeter

Diet program :
----------------------------------------------------------
(this program created by me not my trainer)
morning : 75 gr progainer(carbohydrat)
2 hours after morning : 40 gr Protein powder
lunch : 2 box tuna fish with no oil
3 hours after lunch: 40 gr Protein powder
-training time-
dinner: 300 gr chicken with no oil
before bed : 40 gr protein powder with no-oil-milk
on staurday and friday i take some alcohol with no food

Training history : i started professional (5-day training program) on october 2009
i was playing basketball when i was in university (1999-2004),
and started to go a sport center from 2004 to 2008 but not regularly(2 or 3 days in a week).
Goals : i do not want to be muscle baloon just want to have good and strict shapes (shaped stomach) maybe big shoulders etc.but i am sure i do not want to be a baloon-like shape

the other thing is do you think acnes on my chest and face will dissappear???
