You can still take it back if you have the receipt and they might take it back even if you don't. I don't know if there are many reviews of it on this forum, but if you look on some of the other forums (bb.com, anabolicminds.com, etc) then you'll get an idea of what kind of product it is. GNC doesn't sell a product similar to what you thought the M1D was..... I believe M1D is just DHEA and ATD. So...you're probably just going to see a boost in libido and no gains that you could credit to the supp.
