Sleazy, here is where I started
Will consist of a 50/25/25 split for P/C/F
Cals are calculated like this
254lbs X 15 = 3810
initial deficit = 300
Total Cals + 3510
I have since dropped cals down, I was putting on weight at that cal intake. I'm now around 2700 to 3000 a day, with close to the same macro break down.
I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.
