First off, I dont know that I would take anything that is packaged like that. Looks shady to say the least.
Secondly, 20-30lbs in what time frame? Not even straight up test injections will do that over a 12 week peroid. Hell the most potent orals ever (dianabol, methyl 1 test) wouldnt even do that, regardless of the bloat. Not to mention what actually gaining 30lbs in a short time frame would do to your body ... bad mojo son.
Personally I wouldnt bother with this shit, you would be better off with a cycle of a legal pro steroids like Halodrol or one of the many others out there.
