you may eat like a horse, but all that cardio is gonna keep you small. not to mention your overtraining if your lifting 5 or 6 times a week. The problem isnt that you need gear, the problem is that your not doing what you need to be doing to grow.

if you wanna look like a marathon runner, keep doing what your doing. If you wanna get big, drop the cardio down to 2-3 times a week and start squating, deadlifting, benching heavey. 3 day a week full body routine, Starr or Rippetoe 5x5 and you'll be amazed.

In strength? or in endurance? there is a huge difference. Pushing 135x10 on bench, and going up to 135x15 isnt a strength increase, its endurance.
