Bro. I AM you. Tried every diet in the book. But most are really designed for people who have no real intention on working out. There is a book out there called the 3-hour diet. It works wonders. It doesn"t cut much of any food, it just makes you manage when and how much you eat. Every three hours is the magic number. You also want to eat slow and pay attention to the point you're not hungry anymore. Start with the regular servings and practice not finishing everything on your plate. Decrease the quantity of your meals, and increase the quality, ie...good carbs, proteins, fibers, fats etc...Eventually you will get used to eating very small meals. Eat them often though so you're never craving or starving, which only leads to bingeing. IT takes a while to see the results, but you'll be surprised how much all your effort will begin to shine thru.
