Sentinel - Thank you for the article it is informative - but still leaves so many questions about doasage and length of cycles. I am vervous for my husband to start this crazy stuff, but he seems determined. I just want to be sure we're doing it right.

and Dr X - I knew I would I get at least one response like yours (the proposal I mean) ha ha - I can take the credit for being a great wife or put like this, if I didn;t support his decision, he would do it anyway and hide it from me, so , I had to either support him and help him, or damage the relationship... so even though i may not agree, it was the lesser of two battles.

Thanks for all the help, I think we are still lost but we have some more time to educate, since his arm is still weeks away from being able to lift again. He;s 4 weeks recovered from surgery he crushed the bones, so it may be a couple months even we don;t know yet.
