You're off by like 50-150grams (using my and 0311's ranges)...You need to be eating tables...not handfuls of nuts, some peanut butter and a banana. Eating and sticking to my diet is harder than my training. Shoving 5000cals down your throat each day takes a conscious effort. BTW increasing cardio means increasing your intake to account for burnt calories used during cardio
