I read a post in another forum that Ronnie Colemen was rushed to a local hospital near the Metro Flex gym. It stated that he had a nasty quad accident. Is this a true article or just some wild untrue rumor?
Wouldn't suprise me, if you've ever seen his videos you know what I'm talking about. The guy goes crazy on leg day. I also heard that he hurt his tricep a couple weeks after the olympia (I believe). Then again who really knows........
