hello there,
i dont know what's wrong with my body i cant get any grower at all ...i'm 24 years 5'8 152 lbs and i wanna go up to 160 i just switched my routine as i used to do each muscle separated but now i started doing my upper on 2 days and twice ....shoulder back tri per one day and i do it twice ....chest bi per one day and i do it twice and another day for legs and cardio ....i take two protein shake per day and i tried the creatine for 5 weeks but i stopped as it didnt work with me and also i read that it could harm the kidney and i wanna be clean ..so any suggestion to gain more weight as i started to give up
