4444's routine
Hi,
i'm 6foot2, 195lbs, 15-16 BF% and i've been training for several years. i'm training 4 days/week , on mondays,tuesdays,thrusdays and fridays muscularly and i try to do 15 minutes of intense cardio 2-3 times/week. My goal is basicaly to cut some fat till im satisfied. here is my diet 7h: 3 eggs+ a 2cm thick slice of ham 10h: veggies and/or fruits 12h: normal meal + protein shake 13h: training 15h:protein shake+ veggies 18h:normal meal 20h: fruits normal meal= i usually try to eat relatively high protein and low fat meals but i do not always have this opportunity. I was thinking about taking ECA stack to fasten the process of losing fat. what do you think about my diet and/or training? and a friend of mine told me that i need to eat as little carbs as possible, what you think about that? if you got any others advices that might help me, feel free thank you for the advices |
How many calories are you taking in ?

What's the breakdown ?
Protein ? Carbs ? Fat ? Do you measure your food ? I don't think you should take ECA . Why do you want to lose weight fast ? Slower is better. 1lb a week . |
i dont measure my food so i dont know waht the breakdown is. aint ECA supposed to simply help me lose fat, not necessarily fast?
