Carrots

A good or a bad thing when trying to drop some fat? They would just be a good quick easy thing to eat raw at lunch as i don't have the facilities to cook anything (other than microwave) at work

They would be a great thing to eat.

If you can work them into your macros right, then they're fine.

Just remember that carrots are NOT a fibrous veggie.

Fibrous veggies are calories that you don't really need to track as diligently. Carrots don't fall into that group.

So in smaller amounts, they're fine. In larger amounts, definitely keep an eye on your intake.

For what its worth i lost 90 lbs in 8 months eating a piece of chicken, a cup of carrots, and a rice cake for lunch and dinner every day. But keep in mind im at the weight i want but lack muscle mass, which im doing now. So, take that how u want it. lol

Also Ironkitten, from what ur saying Cauliflower would be a better snack, then a hand full of carrots right?
