Hi guys , am having some worries about my workout plan and plz tell me if its enough or not cuz am not changing a bit and not feeling tired after workout; here it is : (5 times a week)
1. Cardio on treadmill 25-30 min
2. wight lifting 2 muscles per day (bi and chest ...) about 15
3. setups and abs crunches .
About my eating plan : 4-5 meals a day 2400-2500 calories (according to my BMR=3000 cal.)
1. All bran 100 g + apple
2. tuna + salad
3. soya beans 300 gm
4. salad
am 186 cm and 94 kg , I guess there is some thing wrong my training session , Help please
