snack 1 needs protein in it
and make breakfast oatmeal AND eggs.
didn't see any healthy fats in there....olive oil, nuts, fish oil, avocado's...they have many benefits. protein and healthy fats before bed is a good choice.
might as well line out your weight routine too.
