Default Diet and Weight Loss

Hi there! I'm a 17 year old male. I am about 5ft11in tall and weigh 202 pounds. I'm looking to get down to about 170-180 and would like some advice. My goal for before the end of december is to have a diet and exercise plan that I can follow throughout the new year to reach my ultimate weight goal. If anyone could offer me some pointers on how I should go about making such a plan it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot and merry christmas everyone!

Why are you wanting to get that low in weight? Is it due to some kind of sport?

Here's the short version: you'll have to go for a modest calorie deficit. Usually 10-12 calories/lb daily is good for weight loss. But maybe you can just try cutting out the junk first and see if your teenage metabolism will take care of the rest.

at that young age, it is hard to weight loss. But cutting out the junk and foods that a teenagers always eat is the first start. The discipline of getting rid of teenage get - outs like heaving drinking and heaving eating is also a good start. Try to start in a small scale and then find a routine that it is good for you.
