Default endomorph help

I'm pretty classical endomorph, so I can gain fat quickly and takes forever to lose it. My BMI is 22%, and I really want to get that down, especially around the waist.

I"m taking in 2400 calories a day, and still not seeing significant drop in BMI. I'm lifting 5 days a week, and doing cardio 6 days a week. I'm in the gym alot. (Cardio is either a cycle class, or raquetball)

If I increase calories, my BMI increases too. What should I do?

Stop eating carbs. I have a problem with fat as well, around my waist. I can only get rid of it if I cut my carbs out for the week. That means you have to eat more protein and a bit more fat.

Usually I only eat a bowl of oatmeal after my workout, 1 serving.. And maybe a serving or half a serving of whole grain pasta for lunch... And half peanut butter sandwhich for dinner...

Egg whites really helped me get cut too.

Have you tried a fat burner, or test booster?

Anti-Aromatism test boosters suppress estrogen, which is responsible for storing fat around your waste.

I recommend the following:

And preworkout fat burner:

I hope that helps!

I haven't cut carbs out that much before. I will give it a try. When I do limit carbs, I usually get tired easier.
