1- Don't rely on pills. Or any 'lose weight quick' gimmicks that are out there. They don't do the job on their own.
2- Most likely, you're eating too much right now. The only way to lose weight/fat is to eat fewer calories than you burn.

Try to eat things that are as close to their natural state as possible. If it's been through a lot of processing (for example, pre-packaged lunch meats or tv dinners), then try to stay away from it. Obviously, stay away from anything that's been fried. Fats are good, but try to get them from things like nuts, nut butters, olive oil, and avocado.
