Hey guys, im new to this forum and i have alot of questions and will be reading on the site as well. Im 16 years old and weigh in at about 185 pounds.
I dont have alot of fat but some that i wanna burn off, get a nice cut shape with the abs etc. Afterwords, i want to build just a bit of muscle, but the nice cut skinny shape is what i mostly want.
Can anybody please help me out with a weekly routine/food system as well? Any help is deeply appreciated, Thank You very much.
