So I recently bought Hot Rox. it says to take before breakfast on an empty stomach then 6 hours later. I basically do cardio 4 times a week and full body workout with my trainer once a week until I cut 10 lbs. do I take hot rox on non training days? and how do I incorporate it into my 5 meals a day..2 being protein shakes and 3 actual meals. Thanks for your help!
