Default How to burn that fat

I have the muscle just want to burn fat and lower my BF%

any workouts suggestions
What is best 8,10,12,15,20 reps
Hear rate during workout should I maintain

How about doing cardio 3/4 days a weeks, i like doing 45mins on the tread mill..
