This is my first post here; I've read through alot and it seems like a great community where I could get some really useful advice.
Anyway, I'm 17, 185cm and weigh about 86kg's. I'm very fit and super active. I play Rugby League and Union and train/play 5-6 days a week at a near professional level.
I've got some stubborn fat around my lower abs/back that I can never seem to shake, no matter how strictly I diet or how hard I train! I've been told it could be something I'll just hang on to until I'm fully grown, but it frustrates me that I can't get crazy ripped like some of my team mates.
I'll try attach some photos so you can see what I'm on about.
Any and all suggestions will be listened to, I'd just like to know what sort of things I should do/avoid to help shake it.
