I want to shed stubborn weight!

Hey forum,

This is my first post here; I've read through alot and it seems like a great community where I could get some really useful advice.

Anyway, I'm 17, 185cm and weigh about 86kg's. I'm very fit and super active. I play Rugby League and Union and train/play 5-6 days a week at a near professional level.

I've got some stubborn fat around my lower abs/back that I can never seem to shake, no matter how strictly I diet or how hard I train! I've been told it could be something I'll just hang on to until I'm fully grown, but it frustrates me that I can't get crazy ripped like some of my team mates.

I'll try attach some photos so you can see what I'm on about.
Any and all suggestions will be listened to, I'd just like to know what sort of things I should do/avoid to help shake it.

My pictures didn't seem to work, I'll try attach again on on this post. Oh and sorry about the camera quality, the iPhone is all I have.

Yohimbine HCL and Stubborn Fat

Thanks Kev.
I've been recommended to go on a ECA stack for a month or two also. Would you have a preference between the Eca or the Yohimbine HCL? Could it be worth the shot trying to use them in conjunction?

Sorry for the late follow-up. Just email me over at my blog if ever I'm late in responding.

The ECA Stack is an effective fat loss supplement, but it works through different mechanisms than Yohimbine.

My main advice is to AVOID stacking them together (I've explained that over on my blog). Yohimbine has a pretty short half-life, so you could take ECA a few hours after a Yohimbine dose. But NEVER take them at the same time.

Remember you have to have your diet in order, too.
