Hey guys im new to this form, just a quick question im very close to seeing my abs, I have a faint 4 pack any advice on how to shed this last layer of fat? My workout consist of cardio, and some weight training like benching, weighted ab crunches, bicept curls etc. I recenlty started taking soymilk with my whey protein shakes is that going to stop my progress or no? And any ideas on meals I can take on the go? Thanks.
